We welcome you to arrive early to your appointment to enjoy a complimentary beverage of  your choice!

Welcome to Divine Complexions Beauty Medspa! Please plan to arrive 10mins early to fill out new client paperwork. 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please do so outside the 24 cancellation window. 

This business enforces a strict cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% for cancellations within 24 hrs for any no-shows and late cancellations for any spa service. 

For any late cancelation or no-show for a Medspa service a $100 fee will be charged.

 *Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. 

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.
